You can contact us using mail or contactform under our webpage. We will either contact you by phone or send you a response via email.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The information you provide to us will not be shared and is only accessible to persons associated with us. You may request that your information be deleted at any time. By placing an order, you agree that we may store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via email to provide the service you expect from us.
SECURE PAYMENT
Who Can Shop Online?
To shop online with us, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a legal guardian must place the order for you. If you wish to shop on credit, you must be over 18 years old.

Our goal is to provide the absolute best security for online sales, handling personal information, and payments. We have tailored our operations to meet the requirements set by Norwegian authorities, through distance shopping Norway, for secure online shopping.
Payment
You will be charged for your order amount when your package is shipped.
A 22% VAT is included in all prices. No other fees than those listed as the total amount at checkout will apply to your purchase.
All our prices are stated in Euro.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery Time
Most items you see in the online store are in our stock. Normally, these are packed and shipped on the first business day after we receive your order. A shipment usually takes 2-4 working days.
Shipping and Fees
Duck Kings OÜ ships with FedEx distribution network.
If we cannot deliver your entire order, we will contact you before sending it out.
Unclaimed Packages
The pickup deadline for packages is 7 working days, according to the guidelines of FedEx. If the package is not collected within that time, it will automatically be returned to us.
Return of Goods - Right of Withdrawal
Except for specially ordered goods, you have a 14-day withdrawal period for items purchased in our online store. You are responsible for return shipping costs if you use the right of withdrawal. If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
Please do not send return items as cash on delivery. These will not be collected.
All returns must be agreed upon with us and always sent as a business package to our company address: Duck Kings OÜ, Mælagata Sør 58, 3716 Skien.
Orders not collected by the buyer and returned to us will be charged for shipping both ways.
Complaint Deadlines
1. Errors in Delivery
If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us by email. You should contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery.
After we receive your complaint, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
2. Complaints
Notification of an error must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the error. The right to complain about a product expires in any case after three years.
In case of a dispute, we follow the guidelines of the Consumer Council for complaint cases!
